How do I get an account?

Your company's administrator sends you an invite link via email. Click the link to create your account and set your password.

How do I reset my password?

Contact your administrator, who can generate a temporary password for you. You'll be prompted to set a new one on your next login.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Go to your Profile page and follow the setup steps in the Two-Factor Authentication card. You'll need an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy.

What browsers are supported?

Itinera supports the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on both desktop and mobile.

How do I export route data?

Use the Reports page to generate filtered reports, then download them as CSV or XLSX files.

Who can delete routes or manage users?

Only administrators. Dispatchers can create, edit, and cancel routes, but route deletion, user management, and settings are restricted to admin accounts.

How does fuel stop optimization work?

Itinera suggests nearby fuel stations along your route based on uploaded fuel pricing data. You choose which stops to add to your route for the best combination of price and convenience.

What do I do if I'm locked out of my account?

Contact your administrator. If your account was deactivated, only an admin can reactivate it. If you've lost access to your two-factor authentication device, your admin can disable 2FA on your account.
